NAS Recruitment Communications Promotes Jennifer Henley to Regional Vice President & Talent Strategist
Henley to oversee Baltimore, Raleigh and Boston/New York Markets
NAS Recruitment Communications announces the promotion of Jennifer Henley from Director of Business Development to Regional Vice President & Talent Strategist. In addition to maintaining executive oversight of NAS’ Baltimore and Raleigh markets, Jennifer’s Atlantic Region has been expanded to include the Boston/New York marketplace.
Henley’s new role includes the opportunity to facilitate and serve in a Training and Development capacity for new DBD talent at NAS. “I’ve established a great regional team and will continue to coach and develop the skill set of new DBDs,” Henley says. She will also resume her responsibilities as a Talent Strategist, public speaker and thought leader for various industry associations and groups across the country.
“A driving force in NAS’ success has always been the solid network of support that we have,” Jennifer says. “Not only my team in Baltimore and Raleigh, but also the teams of Accounting, CASE, Creative, Human Resources, Insights, Interactive and IT who support us in corporate.
My new role is exciting, as it allows me to extend what I love best, and that is bringing on new business and helping the organization grow in profitability.”
Jennifer’s new appointment is the latest success in a career of progressively responsible positions at NAS. She began her career as an Account Executive in 2001. In 2003, Henley was promoted to Director of Business Development over the Baltimore region. During her tenure in this role, she transformed her office into one of the most successful generators of revenue. In fact, Henley has been awarded the NAS Recruitment Communications Director of the Quarter ten times in her successful career, and Divisional Director of the Year in 2004, 2005 and 2009.
