NAS Recruitment Communications today announced the appointment of Neil Barbaro as Director of Business Development in Toronto. In his new position, Neil will be responsible for generating new business while serving existing accounts in the Toronto/Eastern Canada market.

Neil, a Ryerson University graduate with a degree in Commerce, brings more than 10 years of experience as a media planner for Fortune 500 companies where he devised advertising strategies and marketing campaigns for their products and services.

In his new role, Neil will have numerous opportunities to reenergize the marketplace as he helps HR departments within organizations streamline and maximize their recruitment communication marketing through media planning, campus recruiting marketing, and employment branding.
