Matthew Adam, NAS Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Strategist, today announced the promotion of Laura McPeck from Director, Business Development to Talent Strategist. In her new role, Laura will make the most of her talents, skills, and 13 years of industry experience, as she develops unique and effective recruiting strategies and targeted solutions for an expanded client base. She will also represent NAS at national events.  

Laura, who holds a bachelor’s degree in communications studies from the University of Rhode Island, has extensive industry experience that includes human resource consulting, employment brand development, and client services management. She regularly uses her expertise and insight to help healthcare leaders, global financial institutions, pharmaceutical giants, and other major clients develop successful digital strategies, social media integration, and diversity initiatives, as well as highly effective campus recruiting programs.
